Noodle Kebabs

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package maggi noodles, any flavour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 piece of boiled chicken
  • green chili, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 boil the noodles in a pan as per the instructions given on the packet without adding the flavour sachet with the noodles.
  • 2 drain out the water.
  • 3 allow the noodles to cool.
  • 4 break the eggs in a bowl and beat one at a time.
  • 5 separate the meat from the chicken piece.
  • 6 chop the meat into small pieces and put in the bowl.
  • 7 chop the green chillies and add to the bowl.
  • 8 add the contents of the flavour sachet and the noodles to the mixture and mix well.
  • 9 remove the noodles and shape small amounts of it into kebabs.
  • 10 heat oil in a frying pan.
  • 11 fry the kebabs on a low flame till golden brown.
  • 12 place the fried kebabs on a plate covered with tissue paper.
  • 13 drain excess oil.
  • 14 serve hot with tomato ketchup!
