Mexican Bean Spread/dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pinto beans or 1 1/2 cups black beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until almost smooth. adjust seasonings to taste.
