Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pinto beans or 1 1/2 cups black beans, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until almost smooth. adjust seasonings to taste.
