Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, parsley and chives work well
Recipe
- 1 put first three ingredients in a bowl and stir together, its nice to leave some lumps of cheese.
- 2 chill if desired (prefeably overnight).
- 3 when ready to serve stir in herbs and spoon into serving dish.
- 4 scoff.
