Roquefort Pate

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, parsley and chives work well

Recipe

  • 1 put first three ingredients in a bowl and stir together, its nice to leave some lumps of cheese.
  • 2 chill if desired (prefeably overnight).
  • 3 when ready to serve stir in herbs and spoon into serving dish.
  • 4 scoff.
