Peppered Cheese Crisps

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 round pita bread, 6 inch
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cut each pita into 6 wedges.
  • 3 separate each wedge into 2 pieces.
  • 4 in a small bowl, stir rest of the ingredients together.
  • 5 spread mixture evenly on wedges.
  • 6 bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are browned.
