Ingredients
- 4 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup chopped watercress
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons onions, chopped finely
- 1 dash tabasco sauce (use as much heat as you enjoy but remember the cress is hot too)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together.
- 2 cover& chill.
- 3 serve with fresh hot strips of corn tortilla or corn chips.
