Goat Cheese And Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 basic pizza dough
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (798 ml) can seasoned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup genoa salami, slivered
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- cornmeal
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450f and sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal.
- 2 roll out dough to desired thickness and lay on baking sheet.
- 3 drain the tomatoes and spread evenly over the dough. toss asparagus with olive oil; spread on tomatoes. top with salami.
- 4 bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with goat cheese (and chili flakes). return pizza to oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese has melted.
