Gnocchi With Gorgonzola Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb prepared potato gnocchi
  • 6 ounces gorgonzola, sauce (you can substitute danish bleu)
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Recipe

  • 1 cook gnocchi as per package directions and drain well.
  • 2 in a saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and whipping cream.
  • 3 heat, stirring, until smooth - about 4 minutes.
  • 4 stir in spinach and cook until wilted - about 1 minute.
  • 5 toss with gnocchi and serve immediately.
