Gnocchi With Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 lb prepared potato gnocchi
- 6 ounces gorgonzola, sauce (you can substitute danish bleu)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Recipe
- 1 cook gnocchi as per package directions and drain well.
- 2 in a saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and whipping cream.
- 3 heat, stirring, until smooth - about 4 minutes.
- 4 stir in spinach and cook until wilted - about 1 minute.
- 5 toss with gnocchi and serve immediately.
