Easy Party Bread

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 french baguette
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickle, sweet, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mustard

Recipe

  • 1 cut french baguette in half and hollow both sides out.
  • 2 take 1/2 of the hollowed out bread crumbs and cut or rip into small pieces. ad to a large bowl.
  • 3 add diced eggs, pickles, onion, bell pepper and the cream cheese and blend well.
  • 4 add vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard to taste. if desired, also ad a dash of the pickle jar liquid.
  • 5 stuff the hollowed out baguette tightly with the bread egg mixture.
  • 6 chill in the fridge wrapped in aluminum foil for at least 1/2 hours and slice before serving.
