Ingredients

- 1 french baguette
- 3 eggs, hard boiled, diced
- 1/4 cup pickle, sweet, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- mustard
Recipe
- 1 cut french baguette in half and hollow both sides out.
- 2 take 1/2 of the hollowed out bread crumbs and cut or rip into small pieces. ad to a large bowl.
- 3 add diced eggs, pickles, onion, bell pepper and the cream cheese and blend well.
- 4 add vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard to taste. if desired, also ad a dash of the pickle jar liquid.
- 5 stuff the hollowed out baguette tightly with the bread egg mixture.
- 6 chill in the fridge wrapped in aluminum foil for at least 1/2 hours and slice before serving.
