Crispy Corn Toasts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (or more)
  • salt
  • to taste bread, sliced, crisp, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 bring the milk to boil.
  • 2 mix some cold milk with the custard powder and add to the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
  • 3 add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 5 mins over a slow flame. serve hot or chilled over crisp toasted bread slices.
