texas firehouse dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as ro*tel®), drain and reserve liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste

  • beat cream cheese and 1/2 of the drained tomato juice together in a bowl until fluffy and smooth. beat sriracha hot sauce into cream cheese mixture; beat in tomatoes with green chile peppers. garnish dip with cilantro.
