- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 ounce) package flour tortillas

- mix cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, green onions, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. spread cream cheese mixture each tortilla; tightly roll up tortillas.
- refrigerate rolls until firm, at least 2 hours. cut rolls into 1-inch pieces.
