Easy Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax meal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • stir oats, chocolate chips, flax meal, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt together in a bowl. roll into 24 balls and refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes.
