Ginger Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons crystallized ginger, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cream cheese and butter and mix well.
  • 2 add the milk and continue mixing until smooth.
  • 3 add the ginger and blend for one minute or until creamy.
